Briefly notes his visit to Albion. States that the Loyalists can be seen from Buffalo, "parading along the lines", that the Patriots are stationed on Navy Island, and that he has just received news of the Loyalists and some Canadian Indians crossing to Grand Island to attack the Patriots.
